Stacked With AK...What Are You Waiting For? All In

simply when you're short stacked with AK, you're all in. This
sample was taken from a texas holdem no limit tournament where only
three places paid, and I was the short stack on the bubble. I
didn't give this person much credit because he was raising with a
lot of hands; however, he was stronger then I thought. This
video also illustrates two more points. First, the player I'm
against wasn't the short stack at this point, so he didn't have to
be as aggressive as he was. Secondly, A8 really isn't a hand
you should be bullying a short stack with because a short stack is
desperate and the last thing you want to do is double up a short
stack. Of course there are different opinions on this, but
speaking for myself, if there are four players left and I'm not the
short stack, I'm not going to back a short stack into a corner with
A8. That's just me.
